Phase 1
Phase One: Fundraising (starting Fall 2023)
Build relationships with potential donors, both individuals and businesses, who are interested in supporting the growth of lacrosse in central Kentucky.
Phase 2
Phase Two: Facilities Development (2024)
Land Acquisition: Begin the process of finding suitable land for our indoor lacrosse facility, carefully considering factors like accessibility, proximity to potential players, and zoning regulations.
Facility Construction: Starting with the basics – portable boards and an open-air structure to create a playable space.
Gradual Expansion: As the sport continues to grow and the foundation secures more funding, we plan to expand the facility. Adding turf, a roof, and regulation boards to create a full-fledged indoor lacrosse facility.

Community Outreach: Organize outreach programs to engage the broader community, raise awareness about lacrosse, and foster inclusivity.
Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess and improve your foundation’s operations to maximize the impact of your resources. This includes financial management, marketing, and administration.
Sustainability: Develop a long-term sustainability plan to ensure the foundation’s continued operation and growth.
